- Keep accurate minutes of the meetings
- Reports at each meeting the minutes from the previous meeting
- Keeps attendance of all representatives at teacher meeting

TREASURER
- Keeps a written record of money earned and spent by student council
- Is a good Clifton citizen
HISTORIAN
- Acts in the absence of the Secretary
- Keeps newspaper clippings and council photos in an organized notebook
- Informs CES about upcoming student events
- Is a good Clifton citizen
CLASSROOM REPRESENTATIVES
- Attend student council meetings
- Bring ideas and suggestions from class members to the meetings
- Report information back to his/her class and a K-2 classrooms
- Help with the development of projects for the student council and school
- Helps promote school pride
- Is a good Clifton citizen
